Wakahanamaru, a sumo wrestler in the Juryo division, has died a mysterious death in a dramatic incident that will rock the sumo world. The police have asked yokozuna detective Homurayama to solve the case. Employing his original investigative approach and high-tech gadgets, he finally identifies the sumo stable involved in the crime. However, the organization found to be behind it all launches a mass assault on Homurayama to get rid of him. Homurayama is in dire straits. What will happen to the yokozuna? What? A sumo wrestler detective?! In fact, everyone he's with is a fatso. You've never read a mystery like this. And it's not just an original situation that Kago as thought up: detective Homurayama has a day job as a yokozuna, but when a case comes along he changes into a highly intelligent and nimble detective. He's a Superman with a hidden lair and secret techniques. It took only one read for me to become a fan of this yokozuna, Homurayama.
